Our Billing System Provides
Ultimate Control and Flexibility
Telecare’s proprietary, customized billing system generates and distributes billing for our to partner’s clients through online distribution or manual pay. The end user has total online access to their account while our partners are provided regular call detail reports and usage history. Data is back up in real time and stored in a secured off site facility.
Equipment – We use only the top of the line Pitney Bowes inserters and 60ppm duplex color and black and white printers.
Insertions –Along with the statement, additional documents can be inserted into the envelope to include the payment envelope and optional marketing/communications pieces.
Customization – Using recycled paper, multiple page billing statements can be fully customized. Billing statements have the standard perforation, outgoing envelopes are doubled windowed and the return payment envelope is addressed to the designated lockbox for collection. Mail is presorted for discount and fulfilled at airport post offices for immediate distribution.
